FLOW + BRUNCH

Flow + Brunch took place at the beautiful Kinship studio where Michelle Laing led us through a 1 hour flow yoga sequence. Followed by yoga we enjoyed a delicious brunch of fruit, granola, and kombucha.

MINDFULNESS LATTE WORKSHOP

At the Latte Workshop Whitney and Christina led how to make delicious lattes. All the guests had the option to chose between Matcha, Turmeric, and Beet lattes. We served Chia Seed pudding along with our lattes. After everyone made their lattes we talked all about goals, intentions, and mindfulness!

LET’S TALK ABOUT FOOD

The very first event! Whitney hosted Let’s Talk about Food. A panelist event where Christina, Johanna, and Katrina all shared their health and wellness journeys.

All the attendees enjoyed some light eats - we served up vegan donuts, protein balls, and fruit alongside Daves Juice Co.
