Paleo Baked Apples with Caramel Sauce
I’m sticking to the fall theme and sharing a super easy fall inspired post dinner snack, Baked Cinnamon Apples! This is a perfect treat to enjoy all cozy while watching your favorite show, or to bring to a family dinner or potluck.
If you’ve got a sugar craving or just need something for that sweet tooth, this will absolutely hit the spot for you!
Baked Cinnamon Apples
1 Apple of your choice
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Pre-heat oven to 350 Degrees.
Cut apple into slices and place in bowl (Your choice to peel apples).
Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and coconut oil in the bowl and mix together.
Once mixed place apples onto baking sheet.
Keep in oven for 10-15 minutes.

1 can of coconut milk
1/2 cup of coconut sugar
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of vanilla extract
