3 Athleisure Trends for Fall

Have I said it's one of my favorite times of year? One of the reasons I love fall is because I can dress cozy everywhere and still look cute. One of my favorite activities to do is come home from work, shower and change into sweats. Wish I could say it was something more glamorous but that's the tea.

If you're looking for some fall fashion inspiration but aren't looking to get too dressed up then you're in for a treat with these fall trends in athleisure! Look hashtag #fashionable with these cute fit ideas that are super low maintenance.

1. Lounge wear

Lounge wear is cool? Could we be living in a better time. Seriously throw on a cute sweat suit with some sneakers and a cute bag and you're good to go. I'd say this look is good for getting groceries, running errands, shopping, you name it! Throw on a cute tinted moisturizer and a lip if you wanna feel more "done" up to complete the look!

2. Matching Sets

So while sweat suits are in... something even better is matching sweatsuits. YUP. White on white, pink on pink, black on black. It all looks good! I'm also obsessed with matching workout gear. Change up the black leggings and sports bra at the gym and go for something fun like green, blue, pink or multi-colored. Check out these brands I've got my eyes on.

3. Dad Shoes

Why are dad shoes all the talk? Honestly, I don't know but I've grown to love them and I'm guilty of my own pair of bulky Nike sneakers. One, their so comfy... good bye uncomfortable heels or flats that give you blisters, and hello dad shoes. My teenage self would've never thought that wearing high waist jeans, a tee, and dad shoes would be the "cool" thing to do. I hope this trend never goes away!
