Pecan Cocoa Bliss Balls
I love nothing more than a delicious healthy snack that takes less than 10 minutes to make. I wish I was kidding but you can make these bliss balls in just 10 minutes! They serve four, so if you're looking to make more just double up on the recipe.
These bliss balls are filled with healthy fats from the nuts and seeds, a great source of energy from the dates if you're looking for a little pick me up. Dates have a great source of fiber, energy from natural sugars and various vitamins!
Even cocoa powder has great health benefits! Cocoa is rich in minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, and calcium. It contains various vitamins as well as zinc and iron!
2 Heaping Tablespoons of Cocoa/Cacao Powder
1 Table spoon of Manitoba Hemp Hearts
1 Handful of crushed Pecans
2 handfuls of Dates
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor/blender. Once all mixed roll up into four balls. Place in fridge for minimum of 20 minutes then enjoy!
