Turmeric Latte Recipe
What’s the deal with Turmeric? If you love finding new health and wellness trends, you’ve probably seen or heard everyone raving about turmeric. Turmeric lattes are trending and it’s not just because they make cute Instagram pictures, they actually taste really good and have amazing health benefits! They’re #trending so much that you can probably find a turmeric latte in your local coffee shop, or buy a latte mix at your local health foods store. However, they’re super easy to make just from home and can taste just as good!
This is all you need if you’re going to make one at home:
- 1 -2 Teaspoon of Turmeric
- 1 Teaspoon of Coconut Butter
-Dash of Cinnamon
-Dash of Black Pepper
-1 Teaspoon of Sweetner (Honey, Agave, etc)
All you have to do is mix the ingredients in your cup, pour in 1/3 cup of hot water. Steam your non dairy mylk, and top up your cup, and enjoy! Yes… It’s that easy.

Turmeric is mostly known for it’s anti inflammatory properties, it’s great for the skin, and your gut! It’s also a very strong anti oxidant, as well as linked to improved brain function!!
